LAUNCHING A NEW BUSINESS
Veem was a Series A B2B Global Payments Start-Up with some well known VC backers when I joined. As the Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, I broke down early customer behavior and built out a multi-channel acquisition plan across Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Four year laters Veem went from 100s of customer to over 150K.
MASSIVE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Western Union's digital business was stuck and losing share to nimble digital pure-plays. As the Chief Revenue Officer of Western Union's new Digital Division, I redefined the digital customer profile and put forth a new acquisition strategy. After building a global Marketing and Business Development organization, we were able to triple our business in under four years, becoming #1 in all 34 countries we served.
UNLOCKING GLOBAL DEMAND
PayPal was recently acquired by eBay when I joined them and was focused solely on domestic use cases. Through deep data analytics, I was able to uncover the customer demand for using PayPal to buy goods from other countries. A four year campaign across Product and Marketing went to balancing supply and demand, untapping a huge eBay Inc growth driver that delivered $100Ms of revenue.

I've often been at the leading edge of innovation, introducing new and faster payment methods for consumers and businesses across the world.
